About Thrive Disability Support
Thrive Disability Support is a NDIS registered service provider providing person centred services to NDIS participants, helping you get the best out of your NDIS Plan. We partner with you so you can gain greater independence in your life whether that be at home, in the community or at work!
Who is Thrive Disability Support?
My name is Chloe, and I am the Director at Thrive Disability Support. I am passionate about helping you find your way through the sometimes daunting NDIS space and getting you the results you need.
I have a Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in People, Society & Disability and Family, Society & Health) and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology & Sociology). My studies together with my personal and professional values, guide my approach supporting you.
With over three years of experience working with the NDIS, I have the expertise you can trust. I have worked as a Support Worker and most recently I have worked as a Local Area Coordinator in partnership with the NDIS. Over the years I actively supported NDIS participants in the Outer Eastern Melbourne region to build their understanding of the NDIS, what the NDIS can offer them and how these supports can assist them to lead a life that is purposeful and meaningful to them.
My extensive knowledge of the disability sector, local supports and the NDIS will give you confidence, clarity and control over your NDIS plan, so you can T H R I V E and lead the life you want to lead now.
